Cancellation Policy

we truly wouldn’t be anywhere without this community and we are committed to always offering multiple free events every month! however, due to incredibly high demand , we have a late cancellation policy in place for our free events to ensure fairness for all members, old and new! why? we are so lucky to have sell-out events however too many last-minute cancellations and no-shows mean others miss out on the chance to attend. with waitlists hitting 50+ people, we want to make sure our events remain accessible to those who genuinely intend to join. how It works: cancellations within 48 hours of an event starting or no-show = late cancellation two late cancellation = a friendly check-in three late cancellations = RSVP restriction for future events please note: if you cancel over 48 hours in advance, it will not count as a late cancellation, as this allows us time to offer your spot to members on the waitlist. you can cancel your ticket directly through the ticketing platform. we understand that life happens, so if you have an emergency please please please reach out. we’re always happy to chat and do what we can!. let’s keep our community engaged and fair for everyone! ♥
