abbalates - here we go again
10th October @ 3:15pm
Service Description
mamma mia, here we go again! you are the pilates queeeeeens and we know how much you all love a singing through a workout (it’s makes it easier, we promise!). bring some water, a mat and be prepared to hear us say “gimme gimme gimme another downward dog” please bring your own mat, we have very limited spares which will be given out first come first served open to all women and non-binary people 💙 As you may have seen over recent months, we’ve been jumping around locations quite a bit. This is due to rent and hire prices increasing. We’ve always tried our hardest to keep costs low as there should never be a paywall to wellness - however from September 2026 there will be a slight increase in our class costs to cover new hire rates. We will always have our free events, lower cost events and community club, don’t worry they aren’t going anywhere. Thank you for all the support and love this far and we can’t wait to continue growing together 💙
