sunset flow at candlelight
23rd October @ 6:15pm
Service Description
someone asks you “what are you up to tonight?” and you reply “i’m going to a candlelit flow class!” they reply “omg no way you’re so cool!! that’s so IT girl coded”. there’s no rush, no pressure, no performance. just you, your mat, the flicker of flame, and the magic of movement that feels like a love letter to your own body. open to all women & non-binary people 💙 As you may have seen over recent months, we’ve been jumping around locations quite a bit. This is due to rent and hire prices increasing. We’ve always tried our hardest to keep costs low as there should never be a paywall to wellness - however from September 2026 there will be a slight increase in our class costs to cover new hire rates. We will always have our free events, lower cost events and community club, don’t worry they aren’t going anywhere. Thank you for all the support and love this far and we can’t wait to continue growing together 💙
